The Traditional Américo Viera Salpicão is produced from prime cuts of pork seasoned with salt, wine, garlic and spices. After seasoning and maturation in a wood smokehouse it yields a stuffed tasty aspect that fills many of the tables on days of feast, as well as our apetizers and even main dishes from the typical Portuguese cuisine.
